• Rates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to currency fluctuations, changes in taxes and levies, government decree or items of this nature.
• Insurance Clients are required to have comprehensive travel and medical insurance for their period of stay, giving full cover against any unforeseen circumstances.
• Booking and Cancellations All bookings are subject to availability, as well as early check-in and late check-out. Check-in is at 1200hrs, and check-out is at 1000hrs. Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 15 days.
• Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of a 20% deposit, and the balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival.For bookings canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded net of bank charges. Cancellations made between 44-31 days prior to arrival will forfeit 50% of the full value, while cancellations made less than 31 days before arrival or in case of no-shows, will forfeit 100% of the full value. Park fees will be refunded in full regardless of when the cancellation is made.
• Park Fees Park fees are not included in the rates. They will be charged separately. Park fees are valid for a period of 24 hours from the time of entry. For any additional hours spent in the park, guests will have to pay for another full 24 hours. Please note that fees are subject to change as guided by the Kenya.
